When you invest in a session with me, you are getting my eye, my creativity, my heart put into your photographs. Well-beyond our session I spend many hours sorting and proofing your photographs in my digital darkroom. Because of the time I devote to each client’s story, and the time I devote to my own family, I only schedule a limited number of sessions each month. Please contact me one to two months in advance to check for my availability. We can always pencil you in and refine closer to the date. For newborn sessions please contact me while you are still pregnant so we can tentatively schedule your session.
- The total of your session fee will be collected at the time of the session.
- If rescheduling is needed, current pricing of the session fees and items in The Shop at the time of the rescheduled session will apply.
- I accept cash, checks and credit cards through PayPal.
- Prices for prints and products are valid for a period of 30 days after the gallery is posted.
- The total balance due for any orders placed must be paid in full prior to any work beginning on the ordered images or products.
- Travel within Delaware County included. If you would like me to travel to you outside of this area, please contact me for my rates.
- Your proofs will be available online for viewing approximately 2 weeks from your session date. From there, you have 10 days to place your order.
- Prices for prints and products are valid for a period of 30 days after the proofing gallery is posted.
- If you would like to place another order there is a $250 minimum order. All orders are subject to the current pricing at that time.
- Your final gallery will stay on my computer for 90 days from your session. Due to the large amount of storage space required for today’s digital imaging technology and the large quantity of images created per year, I can only keep your image files online and in my system for 90 days. After 90 days, all images will be deleted from my system, so PLEASE, please back up your files!
- Indiana sales tax of 7% will be added to all orders and session fees that include digital files.
- Shipping costs will be added to out of town order.
- Because of the custom nature of my products, all sales are final.
