I will go on record as saying that Cheri must be the prettiest police officer ever. Now, granted I’ve never met another female police officer so if there are prettier ones out there, especially in Muncie, please don’t hunt me down and ticket me! Well, anyway, I’m pretty sure Cheri will have my back ;o)
And don’t let her sweet smile and sparkly eyes fool you. She’s tough.
