A $50 Reservation Fee (or retainer) is due within 7 days of booking your portrait session to secure your requested date and time. The reservation fee will be applied to the session fee. The reservation fee is nonrefundable, but it is transferable within 6 months of the original session if there is a need to reschedule. If the session is canceled by the client and not rescheduled within 6 months of the original session date, the reservation fee will not be returned. The balance of the session fee must be paid at the time of the session by cash, check or credit card. (Please note, I prefer cash or checks. Credit Cards through PayPal will incur a 3% extra processing fee to the final price). Prices for prints and products are valid for a period of 30 days after the date of the session. The total balance due for any orders placed must be paid in full prior to any work beginning on the ordered images or products.

When you invest in a session with me, you are getting my eye, my creativity, my heart put into your photographs. Well-beyond our session I spend many hours sorting and proofing your photographs in my digital darkroom. Because of the time I devote to each client’s story, and the time I devote to my own family, I only schedule a limited number of sessions each month. Please contact me one to two months in advance to check for my availability. We can always pencil you in and refine closer to the date. For newborn sessions please contact me while you are still pregnant so we can tentatively schedule your session.

An online gallery of your proofs will post approximately two weeks after your session takes place

Indiana sales tax of 7% will be added to all orders

Shipping costs will be added to out of town orders
